Anointing Fire Catholic Ministries (AFCM) is a Catholic missionary movement under the Holy Catholic Church. It is a missionary movement of Preachers of Divine Mercy (PDM) and Abhishekagni Sisters of Jesus and Mary (ASJM). AFCM, PDM and ASJM moves together with one heart, mind and spirit for the salvation of souls. AFCM spreads the Gospel by serving as a torchbearer to millions through various social media outlets and languages brought about through the inspirations of the Holy Spirit, glorifying God in all and through all. It has thousands of missionaries working for the glory of God including priests, nuns and lay people from different continents who work for the greater glory of God.
In 1998, Rev. Fr. Xavier Khan Vattayil, began the renewal ministry and Fr. Soji Olickal, Fr. Reni Pullukalayil and Fr. Binoy Karimaruthinkal were all brought together by Jesus to serve to this ministry over the course of time. Through their ministry, thousands of missionaries became active in this mission all over the world. By 2014, all missionaries were brought together in one coordination through the name Anointing Fire Catholic Ministry. Fr. Xavier KhanVattayil is the Founder and the Director of AFCM, while Fr. Soji, Fr. Reni and Fr. Binoy are co-founders.
His Excellency, most Rev. Jacob Manathodath, the Bishop of Palakkad Diocese is the patron of AFCM. AFCM developed from a local, remote village in South India to a dynamic ministry established throughout various countries.

“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” (Mark 16:15). Before the ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ He had commanded his followers to proclaim the gospel and invite everyone to repent and believe in the good news to enter the kingdom of God. Anointing Fire Catholic Ministry said “Yes” to this commandment for evangelization and inviting everyone to believe in our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are to proclaim the good news of Christ together with the Church. We are called to share the love of Christ to all who are lost and yearning for something greater in life. There will be more joy in heaven in the presence of angels of God when a soul is united with its creator. We strive to bring the light that comes from the Good News about the glory of Christ into the mindsthat have been kept in the dark. (2 Corinthians 4:4)
